Richard approached us with a clear vision: to elevate his home by introducing a high-end en suite within his expansive loft master bedroom, while also bringing his outdated first-floor bathroom up to the same modern standard. The loft space offered strong potential, but required careful planning to integrate a fully functional en suite without compromising the openness of the room. At the same time, the existing first-floor bathroom had not been updated for years, making it an ideal candidate for a complete redesign. Our role was to deliver both spaces cohesively, combining practical layout improvements with a refined, contemporary finish that would feel consistent throughout the home.
