Nivedha approached ELMAZ Construction looking to transform an outdated apartment bathroom that no longer met the demands of modern living. Alongside tired finishes and an inefficient layout, one of the key frustrations was poor water pressure, which significantly impacted the day-to-day experience of the space. Our brief was to create a bathroom that felt brighter, more spacious and effortlessly contemporary while improving performance behind the scenes. We completely stripped the room back, upgraded the plumbing system to deliver reliable water pressure, and carefully reconfigured the space to maximise both functionality and comfort. The finished bathroom combines warm neutral tones, large-format tiling and sleek matte black fixtures to create a calm, sophisticated environment. A floating vanity, integrated bath and shower arrangement, recessed storage and subtle ambient lighting work together to provide a clean, uncluttered aesthetic without compromising practicality. The result is a bathroom that not only looks refined and timeless but performs exactly as a modern bathroom should: delivering comfort, reliability and a premium everyday experience
