Once approved, we finalise the finer details, agree materials, confirm the scope of works, and prepare everything needed for a smooth start on site. Extensions require architechtural plans, and these are what we follow.

Foundations are mapped out as per the structural drawings and building regulation requirements, and the groundworks begin. Following that, the walls and roof are constructed.

This is where the space comes together. First fixing of all electrics and plumbing, followed by boarding and plastering, window installation, and then your finishing works, whether it be simply painting and flooring or kitchen fitting.
