Overview

This project was about far more than simply adding space. The goal was to completely rethink the property, transforming the existing home into something larger, more functional and better suited to modern family living.We extended the property across the front, side and rear, creating the space for a generous open-plan kitchen and dining area alongside a dedicated utility, office and WC.

Upstairs, the layout was completely reworked to create larger bedrooms, new bathrooms and en-suites, together with dedicated dressing and wardrobe spaces.The transformation continued into the roof, where a full loft conversion with front and rear dormers created an entirely new level of usable accommodation.

Combined with extensive roof remodelling, new windows and doors, a raised rear patio and external works, what began as a traditional existing home was transformed into a significantly larger, more considered property, designed to flow naturally from one space to the next.
