Stuart came to us with a clear objective: his three-bedroom home no longer matched the way he wanted to live in it. Space was limited, and the layout felt restrictive, holding back the full potential of the property. We approached the project with a focus on both expansion and cohesion. A kitchen extension was introduced to open up the heart of the home, creating a far more generous and social space, designed for both everyday living and entertaining. At the same time, a loft conversion added an entirely new dimension, transforming unused roof space into a functional and beautifully integrated part of the home. Alongside the structural works, the entire property was upgraded throughout. Every detail was considered, ensuring that each space flowed seamlessly into the next, both visually and practically. What was once a standard three-bedroom house has been redefined into a spacious, well-balanced home, one that feels larger, lighter, and built around Stuart’s lifestyle.
